3. Return Process

Carefully pack the item and ship it to our return address provided by customer service.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
